Why people train here

a studio that still coaches you by name

Proper kit, a real programme and small enough classes that someone corrects your setup. Whether you want a heavier deadlift, a bigger engine or a back that stops complaining, it is all on one timetable.

  • Coached, not counted

Every class is led from the front, with hands-on coaching, clear cues and options to scale the workout to suit you.

  • One membership

Strength, hybrid, spin and group training, all included in one membership, alongside 24-hour open gym access and sauna.

  • Train your way

Join a class, train with a mate, work with Emma or put your headphones on and do your own thing. The Social gives you the freedom to train how you want, whenever you want.

  • Local and social

A Whitianga training space where people know each other's names, look out for each other and genuinely want to see each other succeed.

Before you come in

questions we get asked

I am new to training. Where do I start?
Strength & Conditioning or Spin. Both are scaled on the spot, and the coach will set your weights or resistance for you.
What do I wear and bring?
Activewear you can move in, and trainers. Bring water and a towel. Showers are on site if you are heading straight to work.
How many people are in a class?
Numbers are capped to the bikes and racks in the room, so you get coached by name rather than left to guess.
I have an injury or I am pregnant. Can I still train?
Often yes, with modifications, and with clearance from your doctor or midwife where that applies. Tell the coach before class so the session can be planned around it.
Can I do more than one type of class?
Most members mix them. Lift twice a week, ride once, and finish in the sauna.

another year of putting it off, or a class on bryce street this week?
